Stock Market Crash:
"I never attempt to make money on the stock market. I buy on the assumption that they could close the market the next day and not reopen it for five years."
- Warren Buffett
In 1928 people had many opportunities to become rich, people started to invest their money in the Stock Market, which was similar to gambling. Later in 1929, the stock prices started to drop so people started to sell their stocks. As many people sold their stocks, the stock prices decreased more. On October 29, 1929 the Stock Market crashed and everybody who waited for their stock prices to go up had to experience the economic depression. Some people committed suicide because they could not recover from the depression from losing all their money. The crash led to the Great Depression.
